It is our goal to break down that complex problem into its’ simplest components, dissect those components, and use them to provide you, the athlete, with an all-encompassing training program that will help you throw harder, move better, and stay healthier.

My name is Brady Volmering and I’m the founder of DAC Baseball.

Our tagline here at DAC is #forthehungry for a reason. It means we are going to do everything in our power to get you to your potential, and we expect you to do the same.

I’ve already been through it. I already gained 35 pounds of muscle. I already went from throwing upper 70’s to 90+. I already spent 10 years trying to figure out how to reach my peak. Throughout that 10 year journey, I learned one thing:

It’s always up to the athlete.
